PREORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sprayed Edge Paperbacks & Special Editions

By placing a preorder for a Sprayed Edge Paperback and/or Special Edition, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Preorder & Processing

  • All preorder items are made to order and considered customized products.

  • Production may begin after payment is successfully processed.

  • Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of sprayed edges, all sales are final. 

Shipping & Handling

  • Please allow 15–30 business days for shipping and handling, starting after the preorder processing period.

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume, production schedules, and unforeseen delays.

Estimated Shipping Date

  • Within 24 hours of payment, buyers may receive an estimated shipping date via email.

  • This date is an estimate and may be subject to change. (please see, SHIPPING DATE ESTIMATES, below)

Communication & Delays

  • If there are any questions, production changes, or shipping delays, the buyer will be notified via email.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise specified.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted on sprayed edge or special edition books due to their customized nature.

  • Minor variations in sprayed edges (including color saturation, texture, or finish) are normal and part of the handcrafted process and do not qualify as defects.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Lost or delayed shipments will be handled in accordance with USPS policies once the item has been shipped.
