Shipping policy

*Shipping costs are calculated by USPS based on the number and weight of items. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing after order placement. All items are shipped from Maine

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including those delivered to the wrong address.
 
If the package is sent back to Tonya Anders Books & Co., we will not be responsible for the shipping fee to resend orders.
 
If you place a "pre-order" the entire order will not ship until all items are ready. Therefore, causing delays. If you wish to receive the other items first. You must place separate orders.

PRE-ORDERS: Will have an expected shipping date, but there may be delays. If that occurs you will be notified of new expected shipping date.
 
Once an item is shipped and placed in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are NOT responsible for shipping delays due to shipping carrier.
 
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  Please allow for additional 5 to 10 business days for processing.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently DO NOT offer International shipping at this time  

 

Most Tonya Anders books are available and sold unsigned via Amazon, Barnes and Nobel and other book retailers. PLEASE CHECK FOR TITLE AVAILABILITY IN YOUR COUNTRY.
